Can I inquire about several products together?
Yes. Add available products to the inquiry list, then edit quantities, packaging and branding preferences for each product. Items marked “Coming soon” are not yet open for product inquiries.
Does submitting an inquiry place an order?
No. The website sends a non-binding B2B inquiry. Price, availability and terms are confirmed in a quotation; any subsequent order is agreed separately.
Can I request mediation for other goods?
Yes. Describe the required goods, quantity and destination in the form. Goods mediation can also be requested for products outside the visible collection.
